What do we do?
Cardiological Studies

Echocardiography
Using ultrasound, we perform an image to assess blood flow and heart structures or vascular abnormalities.

Ergometry
We assess the functioning of the heart during physical activity. Heart rate and blood pressure are monitored.

Spirometry
We measure your lung and cardiovascular capacity when you exercise, all in a controlled way.

Ultrasound of neck vessels
A non-invasive ultrasound imaging study that examines the carotid arteries, which are the blood vessels in the neck that supply blood to the brain.

Holter
Sometimes an electrocardiogram fails to detect arrhythmias or other heart problems. The Holter monitor is essential for patients with palpitations or syncope, as it records the heart rhythm for 24 hours.

Map
Like the Holter monitor, a map is a portable device that measures and records blood pressure for 24 hours while the patient goes about daily activities.

Stress or strain echocardiography
Stress echocardiography is an ultrasound test that evaluates the functioning of the heart during exercise. It is used to detect problems in the coronary arteries and cardiac performance. By stressing the heart, we can identify abnormalities that are not apparent at rest and provide a more complete diagnosis.
